The 4-bedroom home includes high end finishes throughout with bespoke oak detailed doors, porches, stairs and bays, encapsulating the views along with the lead clad dormers and conservation rooflights. The property runs on an air source heat pump with mechanical ventilation and heat recovery, and the building is raised off the ground on a raft with bespoke polyester powder coated grilles to the front and rear to allow flood water to run below the building. It features an entrance hall, W/C, living room, study, dining/family room, kitchen and utility to the ground floor, with the first floor comprising 4 bedrooms with ensuites, bathroom, airing cupboard and access to the loft storage.
